Social Media Account Access and Use
Think Free Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy and security of our clients’
social media accounts. This policy outlines how we access, use, and
protect client Instagram accounts as part of our services.
Account Access
To deliver content management, publishing, and performance optimisation services,
Think Free Media may be granted access to a client’s Instagram account. Access is provided
voluntarily by the client, either through direct login credentials or via
platform-approved tools (such as Meta Business Manager or account delegation).
We only request the minimum level of access required to perform agreed services.
What We Do With Account Access
When granted access, Think Free Media may:
• Upload and publish pre-approved content
• Schedule posts, stories, reels, or other media
• Write or upload captions and hashtags
• Review account analytics and performance metrics
• Respond to comments or direct messages only if explicitly agreed in writing
All actions are performed in line with the agreed scope of work and client instructions.
What We Do Not Do
Think Free Media will never, without explicit written consent:
• Change account passwords or ownership
• Send personal messages from the account outside agreed use
• Engage in deceptive, spammy, or automated behaviour
• Purchase followers, likes, or engagement
• Access private conversations unrelated to content delivery
• Share account access details with unauthorised third parties
We do not sell, trade, or misuse access to client accounts under any circumstances.
Data Security and Confidentiality
All login credentials and access permissions are treated as confidential information.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to prevent
unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.
Access is limited to authorised team members who require it solely
for service delivery. Access is revoked upon termination of
services at the client’s request or at the end of the engagement.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain the legal owners of their social media accounts at all times.
Think Free Media does not claim ownership of any account,
login credentials, or audience.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the access granted complies
with the relevant platform’s terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care in managing client accounts,
Think Free Media is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes,
account suspensions, or actions taken by the platform itself.
